At Jesi Leigh Hair Studio we are committed to providing fantastic customer service for all of our clients. So we have a few guidelines to help us deliver our high quality services.

• $50 deposit is required for all appointments over 2hrs and any Extension bookings.

• Cancellations must be 24hrs prior to appointments, anytime after will incur loss of deposit.

• No shows will be required to pay deposits for all future appointments regardless of length or service.

While I understand completely that life happens, I ask that you appreciate my time as cancellations or no shows do have a dramatic effect on my small business.
